Here at ChiksontheHill, we’ve been really busy this month. First we had the Boulder Daily Camera newspaper cover us for a multi-part article on nontraditional modeling. They even made a video to go with it. It’s really cool and it shows some of the work we get to do every day. Next we’re currently plotting out our phase II launch which includes social networking, individual profiles where you can upload your own pics, vids and music. If you’re a rockabilly band, this is a great place to profile your music where only true rockabilly aficionados can be found. Members will be able to communicate with all the Chiks online as well as have access to each Chiks private website with super exclusive steamy new photo shoots.We’re also adding a Car Lot – no really, it’s a car lot where you can sell or buy vintage automobiles online – you do not have to be a member to enjoy this feature. Finally, we’re adding something so badass you will have to see it with your own eyes to believe it. So I don’t spoil the surprise, cuz you’re really going to wanna check this out…TRUST ME…I’m gonna shut up about it now. I’m just dying to tell ya’ll all about it but you’ll just have to wait.

On May 10th we’re hosting the first ever ChiksontheHill pinup contest at the No Ones MIA Car & Motorcycle Show. We’re giving away a $250 ChiksontheHIll photo shoot and $150 in pinup clothing gift certificates to Hollywood Couture. You can catch that show at the VFW at 2190 S. Platte River Dr in Denver, CO. This is just the first of many pinup contests we have planned with the grand finale being in September at the Larimer Street Block Party & Car Show.

We’ve recently added two new members to the Chiks Burlesque troop. First is Mea…a buxom beauty jaw-dropper…gotta check out her pics. Wowsers. Second is Little One who doesn’t even know she’s been accepted yet. She’ll find out on Thursday. And then we gotta get some hot new photos of this one. I saw her audition and OMG I was really impressed with her ability to dance and interact with her audience. Can’t wait to get that one out on the stage.
